Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/2002of 6 October 2025amending Regulation (EU) 2017/2107 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the number of fish aggregating devices permitted in the Convention area of the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas

Article 9(4) of Regulation (EU) 2017/2107 is replaced by the following:

1. As of 1 January 2026, Member States shall ensure that no more than 288 FADs per vessel with operational buoys are active at the same time..

Article 2

Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
