COUNCIL IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2025/1583 of 29 July 2025 implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/44 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Libya ANNEX

Article 1

Annex III to Regulation (EU) 2016/44 is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.

In Annex III to Regulation (EU) 2016/44 (‘List of natural and legal persons, entities or bodies referred to in Article 6(2)’), in Part A (‘Persons’), entry 8 (concerning HOUEJ, Mohamad Ali) is deleted.
