1Council Regulation (EU) 2025/205 of 30 January 2025 amending Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism

Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 is amended as follows:

(1) in paragraph (7), the words 12 months are replaced by the words 24 months;

(2) in paragraph (8), the date 22 February 2025 is replaced by that of 22 February 2027.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
