1Council Decision (CFSP) 2025/2072 of 13 October 2025 amending Decision (CFSP) 2018/1544 concerning restrictive measures against the proliferation and use of chemical weapons

Article 8(1) of Decision (CFSP) 2018/1544 is replaced by the following:

1. This Decision shall apply until 16 October 2026. This Decision shall be kept under constant review..

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
