§ Article 18

Article 18(1), point (a), as regards the environmental risk, Article 18(1), point (c)(vii), and Article 18(2), point (b)(v), shall apply from 1 January 2025.

§ Article 21

Article 21(1), point (b), shall apply from 1 January 2026.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
