Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/917of 22 March 2024amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/92 as regards certain reporting requirements for passively fished waste(Text with EEA relevance)

Article 4 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2022/92 is replaced by the following:

Article 4

From 1 January 2024, Member States shall report the data and information for periods of two calendar years. The reports shall be provided electronically within 12 months of the end of the second year for which they were collected. The first report shall be submitted by 31 December 2026 at the latest..

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
