Article 3

Article 1 shall apply to importations into Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovakia from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024.

Article 4

This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Poland, Romania and the Slovak Republic.

It shall apply from 1 January 2024.
