Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/2120of 12 October 2023imposing a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of electrolytic manganese dioxides originating in the People’s Republic of China

Article 1 shall apply for a period of six months.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
