Council Decision (CFSP) 2023/2129of 9 October 2023amending Decision (CFSP) 2018/1544 concerning restrictive measures against the proliferation and use of chemical weapons

Article 8 of Decision (CFSP) 2018/1544 is replaced by the following:

Article 8

This Decision shall apply until 16 October 2026. This Decision shall be kept under constant review. The measures set out in Articles 2 and 3 shall apply as regards the natural and legal persons, entities and bodies listed in the Annex until 16 October 2024..

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
