Article 1, second paragraph, point (a)(ii), shall apply from 1 January 2023..

Article 5

Entry into force and application

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

It shall apply from 1 January 2022.

Article 1, point (b), shall apply from 1 January 2023.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
