Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/980 of 17 June 2021 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/661 as regards information requirements for registration in the electronic registry for quotas for placing hydrofluorocarbons on the marketText with EEA relevance.

Article 3, paragraph 2 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/661 is amended as follows:

(1) point (b) is replaced with the following:

(b) the information listed in paragraph 1, points (d) and (i), but with respect to the only representative rather than the undertaking;;

(2) the following point (g) is added:

(g) the undertaking's EORI number, if applicable..

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
