Commission Regulation (EU) 2021/850 of 26 May 2021 amending and correcting Annex II and amending Annexes III, IV and VI to Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on cosmetic productsText with EEA relevance.

Article 1 shall apply from 1 October 2021 with respect to points (1), (2) (b), (3) and (4) of the Annex.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
