Council Decision (CFSP) 2021/1800 of 11 October 2021 amending Decision (CFSP) 2019/1720 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Nicaragua

Article 9 of Decision (CFSP) 2019/1720 is replaced by the following:

Article 9

This Decision shall apply until 15 October 2022 and shall be kept under constant review. It shall be renewed, or amended as appropriate, if the Council deems that its objectives have not been met..

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
