Council Decision (CFSP) 2021/1799 of 11 October 2021 amending Decision (CFSP) 2018/1544 concerning restrictive measures against the proliferation and use of chemical weapons

Article 8 of Decision (CFSP) 2018/1544 is replaced by the following:

Article 8

This Decision shall apply until 16 October 2022. This Decision shall be kept under constant review. It shall be renewed, or amended as appropriate, if the Council deems that its objectives have not been met..

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
