Council Decision (CFSP) 2020/906 of 29 June 2020 amending Decision (CFSP) 2019/615 on Union support for activities leading up to the 2020 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT)

Article 5(2) of Decision (CFSP) 2019/615 is replaced by the following:

1. This Decision shall expire 24 months after the date of conclusion of the financing agreement referred to in Article 3(3) or six months after the date of its adoption if no financing agreement has been concluded within that period..

Article 2

This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
